Ascites

Had a CT scan last evening which discovered some fluid collecting in the abdomen (ascites). Tomorrow morning I'll have a procedure (paracentesis) to remove the fluid that's there and assess whether it's caused by cancer calls or another physiological anomaly.  We're hoping it will provide relief of the pain that has kept me in the hospital these extra days. Fingers still crossed.
