Low white count

For the first time in 20 infusions my white cell count came back low. Generally that's a reason to delay a treatment, but thankfully my onc decided I was ok to proceed.  To deal with this they administer Neupogen which is a growth hormone that stimulates bone marrow to produce white cells, critical for immune system which is fundamental to fighting the cancer. I'll have three injections in as many days. Some people experience bone pain with this treatment, and some have good results countering that with Claritin. If anyone has any experience with the Neupogen I'd love to hear about your experience or any advice you have.
