Readiness

Today will be my last opportunity to have solid food for a several days.  Starting tomorrow clear liquids.

Heading to San Diego tomorrow morning, with pre-op appointment with surgeon and meeting with anesthesiologist.

Wednesday will probably head to the hospital for 5:30 AM.  I am the only person on Dr. Lowy's calendar for tomorrow, so it won't matter how long my procedure takes.  With luck, it will be sub-10 hours (last time was 7 1/2 hours, give or take).

Praying for only good news post-op.  As always, we remain optimistic and hopeful.
